Massage

Massage Cupping Therapy Add On

A therapeutic facial massage that incorporates luxurious skincare products, Aromatherapy and Marma Point Therapy. This treatment begins with an evaluation of your skin, muscles and any areas of concern you may have. You will receive a double cleanse, hot towels, arm and hand massage, mask (multiple if necessary), serums, moisturizer, finishing products, scalp massage. To relieve tension, headaches, soft tissue, and joint pain, the exterior and interior (if desired) of your jaw and the facial muscles of expression will be treated.

First initial treatment  includes a 10 minute intake and assessment followed by 65 minute treatment, follow-up treatments are a full 75 minutes.

Therapeutic Facial Massage

A 45-minute body treatment of any area of concern, followed by a 35-minute therapeutic facial massage with the added benefit of luxurious skincare products, Aromatherapy and Marma Point Therapy. We will be focusing on the facial muscles of expression externally and intraorally (if desired) to relieve tension, headaches, soft tissue and joint pain while also addressing skin concerns.

Therapeutic Body & Facial Massage

Inspired by traditional Japanese Head Spa rituals, and similar in spirit to my Therapeutic Facial Massage, this deeply restorative treatment blends targeted therapeutic techniques with a deeply nurturing approach- but with focus on the scalp. Using natural oils and soothing pressure, it helps release muscle tightness, ease headaches, and support the nervous system. 

The experience begins with a brief Tibetan singing bowl session to gently clear the mind, deepen the breath, and invite the body into a state of calm and receptivity.
From there, the session flows into a rhythmic scalp massage enhanced with oils, hot towels, masks, and tools helping to soften the tissues and further deepen relaxation. The massage is extended through the neck, shoulders, décolleté, arms, and hands - nurturing areas that often hold stress and encouraging full-body stillness and release. 

You’ll leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and reconnected — with a deep sense of inner calm that lingers well beyond the treatment.

Theraeputic Scalp Massage

This treatment is best suited for those with more sensitive teeth and less staining. Depending on sensitivity a back to back treatment is an option.

SunnaSmile Professional Teeth Whitening

This is a much stronger and more intense back to back treatment than the Professional Whitening Treatment. It works well for those who have more staining and don't have as sensitive teeth. An an optional touch up is recommended to be booked within 3 months of the initial whitening treatment.
